Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we want you to love everything you order from Dean of Fashion. If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase for any reason you may exchange your merchandise within 7 days of delivery date.
How do I make a return?
To make a return simply mail items to:

Merchandise must still have tags attached, be unworn, and with a copy of the paid invoice.
How many days do I have to make a return?
You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
- Shipping fees
Can I get my money back?
For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Unfortunately, if the item is marked CLEARANCE it's FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Are there any return fees?
Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
